Where we are

Auckland, New Zealand — online only. We no longer have a walk-in store, so orders are picked and packed from our distribution centre and sent by courier.

Orders and delivery

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 2–5 working days nationwide.

To track an order, use our order tracking page with the tracking number from your dispatch email.

Returns

Email sales@jmart.nz within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange it. Full details are in our refund policy.
