Shipping Policy

DISPATCH

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, provided the items are in stock. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days nationwide, and a little longer for rural addresses.

RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost — and whether your order qualifies for free shipping — before you pay.

TERMS

• We deliver to street addresses only. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, car parks or vacant premises.

• A signature is required on delivery. If nobody is available, the courier will leave a card so you can arrange redelivery or collection.

• Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

• Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order — we can't be responsible for parcels that go undelivered because of an incorrect address.

• All orders are insured until delivered. J Mart Limited is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been completed.

• Every parcel is trackable once it leaves our distribution centre. Your tracking number is emailed to you when the order is dispatched, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.
