????€?How to Clean a Cast Iron Pot?????€?

1. Brush
For best results, use clean water and brush with a soft cloth. If you encounter large rust, you can use a screwdriver or western knife to gently scrape it off. At this time, you should pay attention to the appropriateness of the way to avoid damaging the body of the iron kettle; if you tap the rust that cannot be removed, you can try to cook the cola first to make it fall off naturally.

2. Boil water
After brushing, pour out the dirty water, add water and bring to a boil; use the heating process to remove impurities and develop scale; if the boiled water is clear and has no odor, it means it has been cleaned. Repeat this action several times to keep the pot and make the water sweeter.

3. Steam dry
After boiling water, the residual water in the pot should be drained immediately; use the residual temperature of the iron pot to evaporate the remaining water, and open the lid at this time to prevent the water from trapping in the pot. Wipe the surface of the pot with a dry cloth to make the surface of the pot more beautiful.

After finishing, if it is not used immediately, it should be placed in a dry place to avoid moisture. Unless you plan to not use it for a long time, you should never paint or apply oil in a whimsical way to avoid damaging the body of the iron kettle. All love pots should be kept like a child, and even after finishing, they should be checked regularly to ensure that the body of the pot is clean and rust-free.
