Founded in Tokyo in 1899, Hiroto Glass has established itself as one of the pioneers of Japanese Glassware. It is also one of Japan's last remaining three artisanal glass brands. In recent years, Hirota Glass has created its own signature style through harmonization of European traditional glassmaking technique and Japanese artistry. While staying true to its classic designs and influence dating back to the pre-war period, Hirota Glass continues to push hand-crafted glass to its artistic limits.

In a world dominated by mechanized production, Hirota Glass has steadfastly adhered to the principle of "human sensibility, the warmth of objects" passed down through generations for 120 years, consistently producing handmade glassware.

The Futachoko collection features seven exclusive pieces that blends new patterns with traditional designs. The collection showcases a contemporary take on the Edo Cut-Glass, a 150-year-old glass sculpting method that originated from Tokyo. Each lidded cup is crafted through mold-blowing; a glass-blowing method that uses a carved mold. It can be used not only as tableware but also as a candleholder. The stunning red glass and precise incisions, that create a beautiful symphony of colors and light reflections, is an absolute treat for the eyes.

The cups can be used as drinking cups, as well as extraordinarily beautiful candle holders that will reflect the light through the detailed patterns.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
